My name is BRUCE and I'll be your wine guide!
I am a transplant from Sonoma and Mendocino Counties in California. This is the heart of CA wine.
I was fortunate to live amidst so many wineries that it was nearly impossible to keep up! Darn. Yet I tried,
and it was at those wineries that I honed my tasting skills. It takes Practice! I have "practiced" in such far flung
regions as Virginia,France,and Italy.
Now I live in the Umpqua Valley and simply love it here. While nowhere near as active a wine region as CA I have
come to appreciate the quality wines of our new home. It's these fine wines I wish to share with you.
I
spent 6 years in CA behind the tasting bar at some very small
(Raymond Burr) and very large (Fetzer) wineries. During this time, I
had the pleasure of meeting thousands of wine tourists and enjoyed
nothing more than talking wine with those explorers! I bring that
experience to my wine tours. Join me and I will let you in on some
of my wine secrets!
I am small on purpose. The one thing
you don't need from a tour company is stress. Keeping things
personal allows me to relax with you and have a good time. Plan to join me on a fun and

As for driving, I was a school bus driver for 5 years! If I can handle 72 screaming kids, it will be my pleasure
driving you through the countryside for a fun afternoon of wine tasting!
And to round out my resume, I ran bike tours to Brittany in France for 10 years! Ask me about biking in the
Umpqua Valley!
